KUM NYE: TIBETAN YOGA AND RELAXATION
MOVEMENT, MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS CLASS - Kum Nye
These classes focus on being present in the body, awareness of breath, sensations and feeling tones. We move, hold postures, chant and sit in stillness.
The movements offer core stability, fluid movement, flexibility and strength. The gestures, self massage, breathing exercises, and meditations are all designed to move you toward balance and ease. They eventually can lead you toward a deep capacity to know your inner self, and discover what your being is yearning to manifest in this one precious life. Guided by Rosemary's Physical Therapy background, and Kum Nye teachers training, you become aware of posture, joint stability awareness, strength and flexibility for daily life. We have fun, we orientate to joy and learn to experience the flow of feeling in movement and stillness! Classes are small, 5-6 people maximum.
